Ms. T. Bradley

Ms. Bradley is entering her second year at Joseph J. Rhoads, bringing with her valuable experience from another early childhood campus. She has a deep passion for early learning and aspires to one day open her own early childhood center. Ms. Bradley is a tremendous asset to our team and brings energy, dedication, and excellence that truly elevate our Pre-K 3 program.

Dr. T. Broadus

Dr. Broadus is entering her 17th year as a Pre-K educator and will be returning this school year as a Pre-K 4 teacher. Throughout her time at Joseph J. Rhoads, she has served as a Teacher Assistant, classroom teacher, and teacher leader. Her deep knowledge of child development and instructional practices makes her an invaluable member of our team. She is known for coining the term seen all over the building "Kinder Ready and College Bound." Dr. B is also a proud Lincoln Tiger

Ms. S. Castellanos

Ms. Castellanos is returning to Rhoads as a 2nd year Pre-K teacher by way of San Antonio. She has previous experience in education and has jumped right in servicing our Pre-K 3 two-way Dual Language Program. We are thrilled to have her as a part of the Premier Pre-K Team. We can not wait to see all the amazing things she is going to do.

Ms. D. Goodman

Ms. Goodman is completing her fourth year of teaching Pre-K. . Before joining Joseph J. Rhoads in 2021, she spent eight years at the prestigious 92nd Street Y and has extensive experience working with children ages 2 to 18. She loves teaching life science and she is known as the prek whisperer and has made pre-k her home. We are fortunate have her.

Mr. E. Salas

Mr. Salas is entering his sixth year as a Pre-K teacher and will be returning this school year as our Pre-K 4 Dual Language teacher. As the founding educator of our Pre-K 4 Two-Way Dual Language Program, he has been instrumental in its development and continues to be a tremendous asset to our team.

Ms. C. Williams

Ms. Williams is in her sixth year of teaching at Joseph J. Rhoads and serves as our campus STEAM expert. She is the founding coach of our robotics team and leads as our Amazon Engineering Teacher. A proud graduate of Lincoln High School, Ms. Williams brings passion, innovation, and pride to our campus—and we are honored to call her our own.
